My daughter went to Pace University in New York. Their Mascot is an Irish Setter named "T-Bone". The name of their athletic teams is (I swear to God): THE PACE SETTERS.

Comment by Janet Summers on September 15, 2009 at 10:13pm: Hello, I'm an Irish Setter! I'm a gentle soul who was trained to hunt and then abandoned when I had a night out with a handsome Golden Lab. My new owner rescued me, looked after my 9 babies, found them all good homes w/children, loves me like crazy!! No hunting for me, just long runs on empty beaches and fun playing with my nine cat friends!! I'm only 2 years young, but will never have babies again..phew..glad that's over with!! My owner keeps trying to throw me a round thing or a stick...what's that mean?
