Praise God for you and Angel and all our Angels in fur coats. I hope you find a way to feel better really soon. I don't know how I will go on (when the time comes) w/out mine, but God provides. Praise God for strength and comfort when we really need…
This group is for anyone who has a pup in need of prayers, and/or for anyone with regular (or even not so regular) prayer or meditation practices. Please post your prayer requests here, and please pray for all the pups mentioned. They all help...
I think you and your dog are "wonderful"!! This is what I plan to do with a therapy dog and visit Seniors....older than me! You and Coalie are both beautiful and must bring much happiness to many older people's lives.....and to younger ones as well!! 8-) May the LORD bless you for your kindness and love!
Hi there Marie, God is so smiling on you for rescuing Nessa. Thank God for people who love these little Angels, and rise up to Love and care for them.. God Bless you and your little baby girl....
Thank you Helen. I got Nessa from a rescue shelter. She had been abused and starved. I never understood why and how people can hurt animals. But she had so much to love to give.
Absolutely beautiful song. I love my little angles in fur coats more than words can express. You're right. They are always there for you and the best friend anyone could hope for. I'm dealing with fatty lumps on Bailey (my 12 year old bichon). They have been ok, except for a hard one that surfaced recently that isn't like the fatty ones. It's heart-wrenching seeing them age. I wish dogs lived as long as parrots! All the best, Jenny, Bailey & Dodi.
Thank you so much for writing and singing the song "Angels in fur coats". What a precious song. I had a mini dachshund for 13 yrs. and lost her in '08 to cancer. I thought I'd never get over losing her. Two weeks later my husband wanted to look for another dog, the emptiness in the house was unbearable for him. I rejected the idea as I was afraid to get attached again. Well, he won out! We looked at 2 animal shelters but no luck. The next day we went to another shelter that was having an 'open house' and much to our surprise we found the cutest little shih/poo that was a stray, neutered and house broken. We both immediately fell in love with him. We are once again a complete happy family. Sparkie is treated so well, our married children are jealous of him. lol
What a beautiful song! Thank you for sharing it with everyone. It touches my heart because I'm reminded of my sweet Sport who passed away nearly 9 months ago but sometimes feels like yesterday. I've adopted another furry friend named Sandy and our relationship grows all the time as we learn together and grow closer. Thank you again for your praise-ful song.
Day Marie
Thanks Helen, I know I'll get another dog. I just need to grieve a little longer and when I see the right one, all will be ok. I am imagining my pets waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge and it's a comfort to know I will see them again and they will be healthy and happy. I hope you can download the picture of Nessa.
The love, devotion, joy and compassionate bond we share with our beloved pups is so apparentt. Your Coalie is a dol!!!! I do believe they understand our emotions, thus respond in just.
