James, we can't wait to make this part of our routine. Thanks for the inspiration. Three weeks ago Bailey (my 11 yr old Bichon) had a cruciate legiment fracture in both back legs and can't walk without a bad limp even though we had surgery in his right leg. Love the clip!! My Lhasa is a natural at meditating but my 2.5lb Yorkie has an unending supply of energy. Actually seeing how you start is really great. Maybe I will be able to get my little Yorkie to meditate after all.

wow I'm doing the echart tolee stuff for myself and I have included my dogs in this ,similar to the meditation stuff.Very cool.Just love it.

I love how beautiful this dog is. I remember how this girl was jumping all over the place - and then you came in and she just calmed right down. She loved it. Look at that tongue.
