What are your dog(s) names and ages:: Mr. Jiggs, Clumber Spaniel mix, 10 years old; Max, Shih Tzu, 2 yrs old

About Me:: I am a retired consultant whose current, and forever, career is to be a homemaker and a doggie mom. Dogs have been a huge part of my life from when I was a toddler. My family had Shepherds, Collies, Pekingese, one beautiful part wolf, and my sister was a white poodle. I really know dogs. My husband loves our dogs as much as I do: we have a very happy, closeknit pack. We love to do things as a family, including local animal events and traveling in our motor home, the Dog Haus.

What is one thing your dog does that reminds you to open your heart and love more deeply?: Both my dogs communicate with my husband and I in meaningful ways. I have had illnesses and Mr. Jiggs, especially, looks out for me and worries that I might need things, including love and attention and the sweetest smile you have ever seen. When we adopted little Max, Jiggs taught him everything he needs to know. I see such loving care in their relationship. It empowers me to be as much as I can be. I love them so.

I told him I always want to have a dog. We used to have two Yorkies until Puddin' died at 16 years old. I wish my husband would love having dogs as much as yours does. That's the kind of life I'd like to have with my doggies! Don't get me wrong, he loves Tinker and Tinker sure loves him, but he just doesn't want the responsibility anymore. Have a great day!
