About Me:: I am a middle age woman living in Michigan. Recently my fiancee and I brought Lydia into our home to join us and be a "family". John and I have both had big dogs (Great Dane, and a Shepard Collie Mix) so we welcomed inquiring into a breed and getting a dog that was our style. We camp a lot and Lydia loves to do too!!

What is one thing your dog does that reminds you to open your heart and love more deeply?: Our puppy is just amazingly cuddly and loves us unconditionally. From the very beginning she has been a blessing and a delight. She did "run away" a few weeks ago after getting out of our fenced back yard and John was devastated. I was in AZ. at the time and I think that maybe Lydia went to "find me." A wonderful lady picked her up on a busy highway and left her name with the vet down the street. We got her back safely and sound. She is so much a part of our lives we could not imagine what we would do without her.
